Race the WhitsundaysJoin the adventure this winter and build your miles or gain a coastal skipper qualification through Blue Water Sailing School.
We have legs sailing from Melbourne to Sydney, Sydney to Mooloolaba, and the champagne leg from Mooloolaba, through the Great Sandy Straights and along the atolls and reefs of the Barrier Reef to the Whitsundays. We head north in June/July and south in September.
In the Whitsundays take a five-day liveaboard crew or skipper course, or join our crew for Airlie Beach or Hamilton Island Race Week.
Coastal Skipper Course: Sydney to Mooloolaba
Complete the Coastal Skipper Course and enjoy an unforgettable adventure along the NSW coast and into Queensland. Overnight sailing, whale watching and stops at places like Port Stephens and the Gold Coast make this a varied, interesting and unique course.
Start in Melbourne for an extra $500.

Learn to Sail in the Stunning Whitsundays
5-day course. Bareboat Skipper and International Crew
What a wonderful place and perfect time of year to learn to sail and develop your skills. Departing Airlie Beach and experience all that the Whitsundays have to offer. As well as training there is time to swim, snorkel and relax. Stay the night before the course at no extra charge. All meals included, except one dinner ashore.

Hamilton Island Race Week
Join one of
the world’s most famous yachting events. “Hammo” is the perfect combination of
spectacular island racing and evening fun ashore. Race week spans 6 races around the
island over 7 days, with a fun filled lay-day in the middle.

Queensland Coastal Cruise: Mooloolaba to Whitsundays
Be part of the crew for an unforgettable 13-day adventure along Australia’s remarkable coastline. Enjoy fishing, snorkeling and swimming along the way as we island hop up the Queensland coast. Take the helm, navigate through some challenging waters and build your sea miles.

Airlie Beach Race Week
Long races in great winds and tricky tides make this a challenging 8-day regatta. We have the VIP Package, with lunches, $100 bar tab per person, premium berthing and regatta gear! The event includes the Festival of Sailing with entertainment from top Aussie acts, great food and more. There are roughly 10,000 revelers at the Festival and 200 yachts in the regatta.
