Private Sailing Lessons
Identify the skills you want to develop and enjoy a program customised for your needs with a private sailing lesson. Private lessons are available for one to six people and the day can have a social or serious bent, depending on your preference.
There is so much to learn, and you are sure to find this an invaluable experience. You will become safer, break less gear and enjoy your sailing more. You will get plenty of tips and tricks whether it is berthing, anchoring, sail trim or safety. Private Lessons
All courses offered at Blue Water Sailing School are also available as private sailing lessons on our yacht or yours. Not all those on board need to be taking the course for credit. Only you, your family and friends will be onboard with the instructor. This option is very popular with couples and families.
Personalised Lessons
Non-accredited private tuition is available on your yacht or on ours if there are specific aspects of sailing you want to develop. This is the most personalised training that we offer. This might include:
Cost
Private sailing lessons cost $1190 per day on weekdays or $1,390 on weekends (where available) for up to 6 people. Half day rate is $690 weekdays and $890 weekends. Accredited courses take 4 days (concurrent or over a number of weeks), and the theory component and exam costs are extra.
