Join the adventure this winter and build your miles or gain a qualification through Blue Water Sailing School.
Visit the reef and islands as you sail from Mooloolaba to Yeppoon, Cruise the Whitsundays, or take a coastal course from Sydney to Mooloolaba. We also offer Crew and Skipper courses in the Whitsundays. Just like the whales, we head north in July and south in September.
Sydney to Mooloolaba Coastal Course

Complete a Skipper or ‘Yachtmaster’ Coastal Course, or take this passage as a mile-builder. You will enjoy an unforgettable adventure along the NSW and QLD coast. Overnight sailing, whale watching and stops at places like Port Stephens and the Gold Coast make this a varied, interesting and unique experience.
Sail Melbourne-Sydney for an extra $500.

Be part of the crew for a stunning 10-day adventure along Australia’s remarkable coastline. Enjoy fishing, snorkeling and swimming as we island hop the Queensland coast and coral atolls. Take the helm, navigate through some challenging waters and build your sea miles. Visit Kingfisher Bay Resort, Lady Musgrave Island and Fitzroy Reef (subject to weather).

Join our crew for an unforgettable cruise around Australia’s spectacular Whitsunday Island group between Mackay and Hayman Island. Sail the popular and iconic islands, bays and beaches, and enjoy the tranquil southern reaches not accessible by charter yachts.
Add on an extra 3 days to really extend your sailing experience sailing between Mackay and Yeppoon. Follow the island group and enjoy isolated and the stunning coastlines.
NSW Sapphire Coastal Cruise

Enjoy a slow cruise down the beautiful Sapphire Coast from Sydney to Eden. Day sailing only, short hops of 35-60NM and pretty ports and anchorages make for a wonderful week. Visit hidden gems like Jibbon Beach, Culburra, and Bermagui. Gain experience, sea miles and plenty of time to chill and watch the whales.
Option to sail on to Lakes Entrance or Melbourne.

What a wonderful place and perfect time of year to learn to sail and develop your skills. And, incredible value! Based at Hamilton Island experience all that the Whitsundays have to offer.
