Dates: 29 Nov to 2 Dec, 2024

Cost: $2,150 (Twin share)/ $2,500 (Single Cabin)

Try overnight sailing in the safety of a coastal passage. Anchor in Refuge Cove, sail past Skull Rock and explore Wilsons Promontory.

We depart Melbourne, exit the heads and overnight in San Remo (9 hours). Leaving early the next day, we day sail for around 12 hours along the coast for Wilsons Promontory and the delightful Refuge Cove via the amazing Skull Rock. The stunning beauty of the Prom can only really be appreciated from the sea, and you will get a wonderful view as we sail around the southern-most tip of the Australian mainland.

We spend the next day enjoying the Prom, walking or sailing to nearby bays. That evening we depart for an overnight sail back to Melbourne arriving the following evening.

Participants can earn the IYT Bareboat Skipper Certificate or International Crew at no extra cost.

Participants share in the cooking and sailing (depending on your experience). Beginners are welcome and should complete our 4 hours Experience Sailing.

Participants need to have their own safety and wet weather gear to a coastal standard. A comprehensive safety briefing is provided. While we expect to return on time, the exact return date may be impacted by the weather.
